We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons (and to protect product integrity), the following cannot be returned:

Gift cards and digital products

Personalized or custom-made items

Items marked Final Sale on the product page

Opened consumables (e.g., candles/oils that have been burned/opened)
If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lavishcozyliving.com with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
How to Start a Return

Email info@lavishcozyliving.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

We’ll reply with return authorization and the correct return address.

Do not return items to any address printed on the original shipping label.

Pack items securely in original packaging and include any accessories/inserts.

Ship using a trackable service and keep your receipt.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product.
Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Partial refunds may be granted if returned items show signs of use or are missing parts not due to our error.
Exchanges
To receive an item quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and returning the original for a refund. If you prefer a direct exchange, email info@lavishcozyliving.com and we’ll advise based on stock availability.
Cancellations & Address Changes
We can accommodate order cancellations or address changes if your order has not yet begun processing. Please email info@lavishcozyliving.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once processing or shipment has started, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.
Missing or Late Deliveries
If tracking shows no movement or you haven’t received your order within 5–7 business days after the expected delivery window, contact us at info@lavishcozyliving.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. We’ll assist where possible, but Lavish Cozy Living is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet the policy criteria.
